To Our Awesome Fans,
Looking back from 2007 to 2021 we have seen many changes in terms of comedic style, editing, and scriptwriting in the abridging/parodying world. I am still in disbelief that this small YouTube group as been in action (on-and-off) for 14 years now!
I still remember the day when Sandersthepimp (our director and chief) messaged me on YouTube asking me if I wanted to be a team member in his merry little band. From there, we have able to create our very own website to archive and log the content that was created the past couple of years (erm... correction most of the content that was created.... we know we've had some dealings with YouTube and their dreaded copyright strikes lol).
As most of you have read on our Facebook fan page, webs.com is merging with Vistaprint and will no longer be able to support hosting a free website domain. Our old website is set to expire in June 2021. Because of this change, I had to do some research and am happy to report that we have moved our hub to our new webservice provider Wix (http://teamaaru.wixsite.com/vault). In our 3.0 version (known as The Team A.A.R.U. Vault) you will be able to:
- Download content from our previous series/one-shots that have been archived.
- Discover what background music and songs we used in our content.
- Be able to watch our current works on one hub instead of having to jump to multiple YouTube accounts (and yes, we have to make multiple YouTube accounts as a work around for the copyright claims).
We want to thank everyone for your continued support in liking our abridges and parodies. Please spread the word and let our friends know about this small group and our crazy sense of humor.
